***RK's Tip Tuesday's***

Today's topic ethanol fuel. the past couple of years ethanol fuel has been causing havoc with the marine industry. Untreated fuel is very hard on fuel pumps, injectors, seals and o rings, throughout the fuel system when fueling your boat it's always best to add a good fuel stabilizer that's meant for ethanol, make sure it says it treats for ethanol there are a lot out there that don't, I recommend Sea Foam, CRC or Stabil blue NOT RED, also make sure you treat it as it says per gallon also wise to change your fuel filter regularly especially if you fuel on the dock fuel from the dock has a higher chance of water contamination which will affect performance greatly.

Happy boating
